We provide commercial and residential matting solutions including entrance mats, logo mats, custom size mats and various specialty floor mats.

Ordering With Us

Every order is important to us. When you place an order through our website, email, or over the phone, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed. We accept your order when we send a confirmation or begin preparing the order.

For custom mats, production begins only after you approve your design proof in writing. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if information is incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent, or if unexpected issues arise with materials or pricing.

Understanding Mat Sizes

Mat sizes may vary slightly due to the nature of the materials and manufacturing process. Slight expansion, contraction, or variation in thickness is normal. These natural tolerances do not affect the performance of the mat and are not considered defects.

Color Expectations

Colors shown on screens or printed materials may appear different from the finished product. Lighting, monitor settings, and dye batches can all create slight color shifts. When we produce mats, especially logo and custom designs, we work hard to get your colors as close as possible, but an exact match cannot be guaranteed.

Artwork, Logos, and Proof Approvals

Once approved, changes may not be possible

By submitting artwork or logos, you confirm that you own the rights or have full permission to use the design. You also permit us to reproduce the artwork solely for creating your order.

Prices, Availability, and Updates

We keep our pricing and product information current, but errors can happen. If a price, description, or product detail needs correction, we will notify you before processing the order.

We may update prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time. Taxes, shipping and any additional fees will be shown at checkout or on your invoice.

Payments

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods offered through our secure payment partners. We do not store full credit card numbers. Payment is required before production or shipment unless you have approved purchase order terms with us.

Orders may be cancelled if payment is not approved or appears fraudulent.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship through trusted carriers and freight companies. Delivery times depend on the product and destination.

Custom products

Because these are made uniquely for you

They cannot be returned or cancelled once production begins
They can only be replaced if there is a manufacturing issue

Product Use and Warranty

Our mats are designed for durability, performance and safety. They should be used, placed and maintained according to the care guide provided.

Normal wear, fading from sunlight, misuse, improper cleaning products or harsh conditions may affect performance and are not covered under warranty.

While mats help reduce slips and keep spaces cleaner, no mat can prevent all accidents. Proper maintenance and placement are essential.

Ownership of Content

All content on the Universal Floor Mats website, including images, text, product descriptions and designs, belongs to The Floor Mats LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

When you upload artwork or logos, you remain the owner of your design. You simply permit us to use the artwork for your order.

Limitation of Liability
