Accepted Payment Methods

We accept
 • Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover)
 • Debit cards
 • ACH or wire transfers for approved purchase orders
 • Approved corporate accounts with written terms

Secure Payment Processing

All payments are processed through trusted third party gateways.  The Floor Mats LLC does not store complete card numbers on our servers.  Your checkout is protected using industry-level encryption.

When Payment Is Taken
Standard products

Payment is taken when your order is placed.

Custom products

Full payment must be completed before artwork proofs, production or shipment. Custom orders cannot be paid after delivery unless special terms are approved.

Declined or Failed Payments

If a transaction fails
 • We will notify you
 • Your order will be placed on hold
 • We may request another payment method

We reserve the right to cancel orders that fail payment verification checks.

Purchase Orders

Purchase order terms may be granted to qualified businesses, schools, government agencies and corporate clients.

All PO terms must be approved in writing.
Late payments may incur service charges.

Refunds

Refunds for eligible orders will be issued to the original payment method once approved. Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
