  • ACH or wire transfers for approved purchase orders
  • Approved corporate accounts with written terms

Secure Payment Processing

All payments are processed through trusted third-party gateways. The Floor Mats LLC does not store complete credit card numbers on our servers. Your payment is protected using industry-standard encryption to ensure security at checkout.

When Payment Is Taken

Standard Products

Payment is taken at the time the order is placed.

Custom Products

Full payment is required before artwork proof approval, production, or shipment. Custom orders cannot be paid after delivery unless special terms are approved in writing.

Declined or Failed Payments

If a payment transaction fails:

  • We will notify you immediately
  • Your order will be placed on hold
  • We may request an alternative payment method

We reserve the right to cancel orders that fail verification or cannot be completed.

Purchase Orders

Purchase order (PO) terms may be extended to qualified businesses, schools, government agencies, and corporate clients. All PO terms must be approved in writing. Late payments may incur service charges.

Refunds

Refunds for eligible orders will be issued to the original payment method once approved. Timing of the refund may depend on your bank or payment provider.
