Your satisfaction is important to us. At Universal Floor Mats, every product is crafted with care and attention to detail. This Return & Refund Policy explains what items may be returned, what items are final sale, and how we handle concerns regarding your order.
Standard (Non-Custom) Products
Standard, non-custom products may be eligible for return within the designated return window.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused
- Clean and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging
Return shipping fees may apply. A restocking fee may be charged depending on the product type and condition.
Please contact us before returning any item so we can issue a return authorization and provide instructions.
Custom Mats & Personalized Items
Custom-made mats are created specifically for you based on your approved artwork, layout, and instructions.
Custom products cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production begins.
However, if there is a verified manufacturing defect, we will make it right. We may request photos or product samples to evaluate the issue and provide the best solution.
Order Cancellations
- Standard items: May be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Custom items: May be cancelled only before artwork proof approval.
Once custom production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered:
- Contact us within three business days
- Share clear photos of the issue
- Provide your order details
- Keep all packaging until we advise next steps
We will review the issue and take care of you with a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a verified manufacturing defect.
