Order Processing
Most standard orders are processed within one to three business days. Custom orders begin production only after your artwork proof is approved in writing. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may vary, but we always keep you updated.
Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers, including
• UPS
• FedEx
• USPS
• LTL freight for large or oversized items
Shipping method will depend on size, weight, and destination.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout or on your quote. These are estimates only. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or unforeseen events are outside our control, but we will support you throughout the process.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on

• Weight
• Size
• Delivery method
• Special handling needs
Some promotions may include free or discounted shipping. Oversized products or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or remote destinations may not qualify.
Freight Deliveries
For LTL freight shipments
- You will receive tracking and carrier information
- Someone may need to be present to receive the mats
- Liftgate service is available upon request (fees may apply)
- Damaged or missing items must be noted on the carrier receipt at delivery whenever possible
Inspecting Your Delivery
Please inspect all packages immediately upon arrival. If you notice damage
- Take clear photos
- Note the issue on the delivery receipt
- Contact us within three business days
We will guide you on the next steps and help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, reshipping costs will be your responsibility. We will always notify you before reshipping.
International Shipping
