Products

All the listed items are made to order. Thus, there is a manufacturing lead time. The time frame varies with the type of product you are ordering. 

Size

All items are subject to shrinkage.  Most products shrink during the manufacturing process and some may vary with a 10% + or - variation and other products may vary up to 3-5%. 

Please inquire about approximate sizes prior to ordering if the sizes should be exact. 

Colors

The actual product color may not be the exact color that has been delivered. The monitor resolution will have a great impact on the colors of each product.  Please request actual samples when you need clarifications.

Return policy

Returns are accepted on many of our products upon obtaining a return  authorization number. Please fill out the link here.

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving goods. The customer is responsible for the return shipping with proper packaging. 

There is a 25% restocking fee for all returned items. 

Returned items are inspected at the warehouse. If the items are not in resellable condition, used or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to apply up to a 50% restocking fee or refuse the return of the item. 

Returns are not accepted on used, discounted or discontinued items under any circumstance. 

Custom made products such as logo mats, custom sizes, custom colors, cut lengths/rolls, pre-designed mats, interlocking mats, floor tiles,  salon mats, bathroom mats or any consumable items are not returnable.
