Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery and note any package damage on the carrier documentation. If your mat arrives damaged, photograph the damage and contact Universal Floor Mats immediately. We'll work with the carrier to file claims and arrange for a replacement mat as quickly as possible.

Due to the custom nature of chromojet-printed logo mats, returns are generally not accepted except for manufacturing defects or production errors not matching the approved proof. This is why the proof approval process is so important—you see exactly how your mat will look before production begins. If the finished mat doesn't match your approved proof, we'll remake it at no charge.
