No, you can order and checkout as a guest. However, you must provide us a valid email address in order to send order confirmation, shipment details and your paid receipts.

Do you offer custom sizes and shapes?

Yes, we do. But some products may not offer this feature. Call for more information.

Are these products in stock?

Unfortunately not. There is a production lead time for almost all these products.

What is your production lead time?

Our typical production lead time is 5-10 business days. This depends on the product and the nature of the customization.

What are your shipping options?

The standard shipping method is UPS ground. Transit time may vary from 2-6 business days depending on the shipping location.

Are there any other shipping options?

If the order dimension and the weight exceed the limits of UPS ground shipping, the order will be shipped using a freight forwarder.

There will be an additional cost for this service.

Overnight shipping is offered at an extra cost.

Do you offer samples?

Do you provide warranty on your products?

Yes. Warranty terms vary with the product. Call for more information.

Are these mats made in the United States?

90% of our products are made in the US. Some products such as coco mats are imported.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on MOST orders over $100. Orders less than $100 will incur a flat rate of $12.99.

However, some products may not qualify for this offer due to weight, dimensions and delivery priority.

Free shipping is offered on UPS standard ground only and does not include Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.
